  • The objective of this project was to develop and introduce a sustainable and innovative cultivation system. The envisaged products such as glasswort and sea lavender had to be of very high quality and had to be harvestable all year round. These objectives were achieved. Living Foods designed the system and worked with various market parties to develop it.
